HEALTH CARE. A very hot topic. Sickening (pun intended) actually. Covered or not covered? Premiums staying the same or gone up? For some it’s been a relief, but for most, a nightmare! It came in different names. Affordable Health Care, Obama Care and for some, I Don’t Care! Under whatever name, many continue to struggle. But there’s some strong relief. A new study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association, where they analyzed 26,000 men and women. One group was sedentary and the other met the recommended national daily exercise guidelines of moderate exercise, 30 minutes a day for 5 days. Results; the exercise group saved an average of $2,500 in health care cost! That’s 7 years of memberships at the NAC! So, here’s my name for your new health care program. It’s called, ‘I CARE’. YOU take control of your health. By being vigorously active, a sensible diet and proper supplementation. For every dollar you spend in prevention, you’ll save three in costs. ITSVERYSIMPLE. V
